Hey there! Welcome to my little corner of the internet. I’m Luis Gonzalez, and I’m thrilled you’ve found your way here.

So, who am I? Well, I’m a bit of a knowledge junkie with a soft spot for all things tech, business, and culture. Imagine a computer scientist who’s equally at home discussing database structures and anthropological theories – that’s me!

By day, I wear multiple hats. I’m a computer professional with a PhD in Computer Sciences and an MBA in Technology Management. I’m also proud to be a faculty member in the field of Computer Sciences, teaching at the doctoral, masters, and undergraduate levels. This allows me to not only pursue my passion for research but also to share my knowledge and experience with the next generation of tech innovators.

I love diving into complex problems, especially when it comes to predictive modeling and machine learning. It’s like solving puzzles, but with data! And there’s nothing quite like seeing that “aha!” moment in a student’s eyes when a difficult concept finally clicks.

But there’s more to life than just code, right? That’s where my Master’s in Anthropology comes in. I’m fascinated by how technology and culture intersect, and how they shape our world. This interdisciplinary approach enriches both my research and my teaching.

When I’m not in the classroom, lab, or geeking out over databases, you’ll find me:

  • Traveling and soaking up new cultures
  • Trying (and sometimes failing) to capture the perfect photo
  • Getting lost in a good book
  • Tracing my family tree (genealogy is addictive, I warn you!)
  • Tickling the ivories on my keyboard
  • Always looking for ways to lend a helping hand

This website is my way of sharing all these passions with you. Here, you’ll find a mix of tech talk, business insights, cultural observations, and personal musings. It’s a bit like my brain, but in digital form!

I believe in the power of lifelong learning and the magic that happens when different fields of knowledge collide. So whether you’re a fellow academic, a tech enthusiast, a curious student, or just someone who enjoys exploring new ideas, I hope you’ll find something here that sparks your interest.

Feel free to explore, leave comments, or reach out if you want to chat. I’m always up for a good conversation, whether it’s about the latest in computer science, teaching strategies, or the cultural implications of technology.

Thanks for stopping by. Let’s learn, grow, and maybe even change the world a little bit together!
